| The KSS orientation in project identification
is quite simple – we look to identify sites where we
can partner with land owners, with other experienced developers,
with institutions, and with investors. Our preference is to
acquire sites that are either environmentally challenged or
have some other limitation (on its face) such as the need
to maneuver through extremely difficult permitting processes.
Most specifically, we specialize in
managing the entitlement process with both local government
officials and impacted abutters and neighbors. Our strength
lies in our ability to understand the unique needs of all
concerned and impacted parties and to create solutions that
work for everyone.
