Presently, KSS has four residential projects under development and is actively pursuing additional residential development opportunities. Each of the projects is currently in the permitting phase of development at varying stages of the permitting process. Three of the projects are located in Massachusetts, one each in Somerville, Marblehead, and Hopkinton. Our fourth project is a retirement community located in Marco Island, Florida. All of the projects are multi-family condominium projects, but each serves a different niche market. Marblehead is a waterfront development which targets the empty-nester population. Hopkinton is a suburban condominium project which is located in a superb location in Hopkinton on a Lake with tremendous highway access. Somerville is a large urban infill development which will serve primarily urban dwellers and first time home buyers.
